BLUE is an Atlanta-set neo-soul supernatural mystery thriller written by B.J. Winfrey and being developed as his first feature film as director. The story follows a young music producer who begins hearing inexplicable vocals appearing over his music tracks, drawing him into a mystery involving a death, buried secrets, and a truth someone never intended to surface.
